Since 2005, BAFID Corporation has been a leading force in the Building, Architecture, Furniture and Interior Design industries, executing large-scale projects across the globe. However, as our ambitions grew, we encountered a critical challenge: the lack of instant, reliable information on inventory and the whereabouts of expensive equipment.
We tested dozens of software solutions and invested tens of thousands of dollars, but none met our needs. Most systems were overloaded with accounting features, while what we needed was real-time, accurate data on inventory and equipment location—without relying on accounting departments. In the fast-paced environment of construction, decisions must be made immediately, not after waiting for reports.
BAFID faced this challenge firsthand. We realized how vital it was to have a tool that everyone could use—from seasoned managers to on-site workers. This is how the idea for our own solutions was born: the STOQ app for inventory management and the EZYDO app for comprehensive property management.
